Stage Design Elements



The Estate will be developed in four stages to provide continuity in design and construction. Stage One has light undulation and fairly low site costs. Parts of the lots front onto a stormwater swale, which will operate as a grassed park area for most of the year.
Stage Two has greater fall but with half the lots fronting the park. Stage Three has views to the North West and backs onto farmland to the rear. The site costs will be more substantial and will require some modifications to the housing designs to work in with the slope of the land.
These first three stages will provide a great choice in housing from the WA Country Builders range. Home designs can also be chosen from In-Vogue, MetroStyle, Residential Attitudes and The Rural Building Company.
Stage Four comprises 12 cottage lots for which WA Country Builders has created five exclusive designs that maximise the rear northern outlook whilst providing security and privacy. These home and land packages will appeal to investors and those who are after low maintenance and ‘lock and leave’ security.
The lots also benefit from a Detailed Area Plan lodged with the State Planning Commission and the Shire. To ensure compatibility between the homes and add to the quality of the streetscape, WA Country Builders will provide colour palettes that will give a professional colour scheme outcome.
